Hello,

I got a question that is puzzling to me.
Where does religion play in the black race?
A lot of people that I have research and listen to have
a atheistic or gnostic view on religion.
No one in their video broke down anything, it's either
God this or Jesus that, I believe in God and Jesus but aren't
all religions is based on the Trilogy?
I am still a infant when it come to religion and I see some of the truths
many have spoke about but it reigns true people gravitate back to
God,and Jesus when they have a problem.

What is your take on religion?
Is there a way to take it to the next level or Am I still searching or content?

Hello,

I got a question that is puzzling to me.
Where does religion play in the black race?
The role religion plays: in terms of, or as it pertains to what?

A lot of people that I have research and listen to have
a atheistic or gnostic view on religion

Okay, but what does the theist/'believer say? I think it is
important for you to get their perspective as well.
it's either
God this or Jesus that, I believe in God and Jesus but aren't
all religions is based on the Trilogy?
What trilogy are you referring to?
Generally speaking, not all religions/belief systems find there base on
any kind of trilogy.

I am still a infant when it come to religion and I see some of the truths
many have spoke about but it reigns true people gravitate back to
God,and Jesus when they have a problem.
So for instant, those who are buddhist, or is an santeria initiate run back to 'god' as you believe her/it/him, and
jesus when they have problems?

What is your take on religion?
Is there a way to take it to the next level or Am I still searching or content?
What do you mean by "next level", if you don't mind my asking?

I have a number of 'takes' on religion, but I will say in the spirit of
dr. john henrik clarke, where black folk is my primary interest, is that
if religion can not/will not be used as a tool of liberation for the black collective,
then throw it "into the trash can of history".

A differing time and places it plays a different roles......Religion is Dead and so is putty in the hands of those who are charge with dispensing its dogmas, creed and ethics.

In some place and time it is a liberating and sustaining force whilst at other times and place it is an oppressive and enslaving force.
In the end the part religion plays in the black race is dictated by the part you give it through how you apply and interpret its words.

All religions has its roots in Spirituality
All Religions are based on control
Their is Only One Trilogy - Spirit Mind and Body = You(One yet Three)

I am still a infant when it come to religion and I see some of the truths
many have spoke about but it reigns true people gravitate back to
God,and Jesus when they have a problem.

In times of acute or chronic distress people often and do retreat to infantile notions of cultural indoctrination. Do not equate those notions as truth but rather as reflex

What is your take on religion?

Most religions are based on the Spiritual experience of its founder....but often devolves into means of mass control and Elite enrichment.

Is there a way to take it to the next level or Am I still searching or content?

The First Rule to Spiritual Growth is to - KNOW THYSELF.
