I find in stillness of my mind this ever increasing Peace
Where the chaos of daily life stops, even if it’s brief
And in this stillness I see what matters to me the most
I see and love proud to point it makes me boast
I breathe slowly and inhale the very soul that she bares
I focus on her wants, needs and the cares she shares
While my eyes are close it feels like time stands still,
And I have the choice to take the red or the blue pill
I breathe again and again I take it all in
And I open my eyes and disconnect form my make believe and pretend
I hold on to something far greater and true
I hold to my reality, I hold onto you.
