I believe she is from your neck of woods...but i like her..i and i feel she could help young black women navigate the complicated world of interpersonal relationships with men and the rest of world....

Whilst listening to her videos, i realized that one of the traditions lost due to the encroachment of Christianity and Islam on Africa was the one on one frank discussions that occurred between mother and daughter(sort of like what she dose) about sex, men, etc....this void has left a devastating effect on my generation and generations to come because young women are left in a sea of confusion were we basically had to learn ''the hard way'' about men, sexuality, etc....

Also i want to know how folks in Atlanta view her.

    thanks.:toast:

Excellent post Amnat, I have listened to Alexyss and I absolutely agree many of us have lost those frank discussions with our mothers about sexuality.

    FWIW

we are not supposed to address threads directly to one another by name.
you could take the name out of the title and the person would probably come by in time.
