There are many truths. But there is ultimately only one reality.

E.g., The Sun of today is the same as yesterday's.
True. We have but one sun.

However, the hydrogen and helium of which the Sun was composed yesterday burned. And thus, the gases being burned today are different.
So, in this sense, it is true that the Sun of today is NOT the same as yesterday's. There are multiple truths.

Reality is far beyond people, places, and things.

That's my take as I have learned, anyway.

What I would really like to get a definition for is "TIME." A definition without referring to the word, or a duration there of.

I'm fond of this definition. Only there is no real limit to the varying facets of true existence. Or I should say "real" existence/reality.

I would disagree Brother. There is more than one reality. There are alternate realities. Realities are nothing more than situations or a series of "what if's". I am talking to you in one state of being. In another I am doing something else. The possibilities are endless...

I disagree again Brother. Yesterday's is Sun is not same and will never be the same no matter how infinitesimal. The truth of our physical universe is everything that begins will end. Scientist call this heat death. Everything that requires energy or expends energy will eventually lose it's ability the hold on or reuse energy and will burn itself out and die. This will happen too our sun one day...

Time is moments of existence whether by ones self or by something else, whether aware or unaware. Time is relative to everything that exists.

Yes... if it's in relation to political, philsophical and in some cases ethical/moral truths.

Scientific 'truths' that reveal how the physical realm works tend to be more universal because everyone sees the same thing.
