What is considered a good size for a woman trying to achieve better health? Please keep in mind that some women have the best health that they can but are not necessarily model thin or even voluptuous. Some of us have bellies, and areas that "sag" because we had children and can't go to the gym regularly. For women that meet this category, does their physical appearance hurt their chances of attaining love? In addition, is the ideal for trying to achieve the "white" body (model thin, size 0 to 8) causing our women to develop anorexia, bulimia or other eating disorders? What can we do to stop this? It's bad enough that "they" are silly enough to vomit up their food... but when one of our women do it (and she looks like Beyonce), it is sickening.
