Black Relationships : What is Considered a Good Body Type for Our Women?

    What is considered a good size for a woman trying to achieve better health?

    Please keep in mind that some women have the best health that they can but are not necessarily model thin or even voluptuous.

    Some of us have bellies, and areas that "sag" because we had children and can't go to the gym regularly.

    For women that meet this category, does their physical appearance hurt their chances of attaining love?

    In addition, is the ideal for trying to achieve the "white" body (model thin, size 0 to 8) causing our women to develop anorexia, bulimia or other eating disorders? What can we do to stop this?

    It's bad enough that "they" are silly enough to vomit up their food... but when one of our women do it (and she looks like Beyonce), it is sickening.

    The woman shown by Clyde Coger does have an excellent look for voluptuous bodies that want to achieve a more fit appearance.

    With muscular, the body stays at its sexiest without dieting. I bet that woman could eat 5,000 calories a day without ever having to worry about gaining weight.

    However, for working women (or stay at home moms that work), that body is still hard to achieve.

    Having ghostwritten for celebrity bodybuilders, I know that to get muscular you have to exercise hard first and then restrict your calories. These were men saying this... one was saying that he only ate like 500 calories during his training session. He was somewhat skinny, but still had really good muscles. I don't suspect he was using steroids.

    Anyway, the issue still stands that the majority of women are going to have trouble achieving that level of sex appeal. Once you have kids, they become your main focus. Also the fat is hardened... you may have to get liposuction to reduce it. Then afterwards the focus should be on bodybuilding.

    Many believe that you have to starve to get a man... you have to starve to be a model, you have to starve to look like a "real" woman. :thinking:

    To be a real woman, you need to be yourself.

    BUT for young girls that are concerned about the ultimate fitness, focus on bodybuilding exercises with low level weights... eat 1,500 calories with protein and veggies as your main focus.

    Don't fall for the Howard Stern/Robin Quivers Hypocritical Sellout, crash diet strategies... it will destroy your body. If you become too anorexic, you will destroy your reproductive system (as the woman's body fails to menstruate after a severe restriction of calories).

    This goes the same for young guys, though with them the obvious concern of reproduction isn't the issue. If you go for the bodybuilding circuit, don't let those that don't have your interest at heart get you tempted into steroids.

    We have some beautiful people in our race that are dying or risking their health for really silly reasons. Let's not cause our community to degrade because some in the media take foolish perceptions on what is GENUINE health.
