What if instead of voting to elect representatives to vote on issues on our behalf, everybody writes bills and votes on issues themselves directly.
There is still a president who deals with nationwide issues, and foreign politics, but when it comes to bills that today would be considered by the House and Senate, those are now put to directly to voters.
