So long as I don't share property or a majority of interests with with others, I'm all for it.

    Share my life, sure.
    Share my property, nope.
I'm just a big fan of private property.

So you would not want to own property in a Black community where we would have to venture?

    For myself individually, no.
If it is a business venture properly walled within commerce, that would be okay.

Joint ownership is bad ju-ju if we are talking about individual private property.

    A hypothetical question

If 75% of our teens, embraced these principles as the "In Thing" , what do you think would be the future for the Black community nationally in 30 years?
