Black Spirituality Religion : What Divination Systems Do You Use?

I use Metu Neter...............

But when I have readings done by Prietess at AAS they do both Metu Neter and I-Ching..

Its scary how accurate it comes out. I have yet to get an unanswered (not yes or no) question that wasn't right on point.

One of my friends from AAS just showed me how to do the I-Ching using 3 pennies.

different divination systems offer diferent things. My sister in law reads cards. She is into Dominican Santeria. She is awesome. She will tell you things about the future and present, what you need to do - ebo, prayers etc. her accuracy is amazing.

I will confirm that she is quite accurate. I got a long distance reading (via email nonetheless) and all I supplied were the standard details; name and date of birth, and the wealth of information she got from that was incredible. If you know Spanish and can communicate with her on the phone then your reading will be that much richer, but even without it, you will still get value for your money. I also got an ebo done, which helped tremendously. I give her five stars.

Brujo Negro is another reader that I am going to consult in the near future, because he does cigar ash reading, which sounds interesting. Additionally, Awo Dino's sweet Sister-in-Law is perfect for things like, 'How can I keep my boyfriend faithful?' whereas Brujo Negro sounds the ideal man for 'My man cheated and I need you to do something to him so that everyday when he wakes up, the first thought to cross his mind is " what's the best way to kill myself today?'

Or maybe not. I am just speculating. lol.

PS - Awo Dino, I er..I read somewhere that you are strong Black man *lmao*.

Bibliomancy (see definition below)has been on my mind ever since I read this thread. I tested it out by annointing my hands with holy oil, did a few prayers, including one to St Michael to open the gateway and provide protection (same sort of role that Papa Legba plays. I learnt this through people who practise Goetia Magick and Necronomicon). I then held the question in my mind and opened the Bible, and sure enough, I read a relevant verse. Seems like a simple diviniation method, one which is quite old too.

Let us step further into the world of future predictions, this time taking a more accessible approach, one that is available to almost everyone. You don't need special studies to perform this form of divination, not even special items and you don't have to wait around for special conjunctions to occur. All you need is a few days in school so you know how to read and a copy of a sacred book (the Bible would be a good place to start). The method is called bibliomancy and, as you can imagine, is widely used around the world not only to predict the future but also to give advice in a dire situation

The familiar use of Scripture in divining (Bibliomancy) was not unknown to Jews. The Romans had thus employed Vergil; the Bible was already put to this use by Christians before the eighth century; in medieval Germany hymn- and prayer-books served the same purpose. But Jews did not have to borrow this device from their neighbors. In Talmudic times it was a common practice to ask children what verses they had studied that day in school, and to accept them as good or bad omens, an expedient that persisted throughout the Middle Ages. The more usual procedure of opening the Bible at random and taking the first word or sentence that strikes the eye as a portent, was also followed. Similarly, "if, upon awakening, one recalls a Biblical verse, this is to be regarded as a 'minor prophecy,' and if it is an ominous passage, one should fast."19

Update on the cigar ash reading - It will blow your freakin' mind!!
