Black Relationships : What did you learn from your last relationship?

I learned that each relationship must stand on its own foundation. So it serves one well to be prudent in the building process.
Always remember, that communicating is KEY. Don't go into the relationship thinking 50/50.....YOU must give 100%
of yourself. I think that if each one goes in with this, and an open mind, wonders will be accomplished and surpises
might just be revealed. If nothing else, whether it works or not..you know you gave 100%. Proceed with no regrets!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DESTEE.COM....YOU WEAR YOUR YEARS ....WELL!!!:birthday:

Me, I learned that the road to hell can be paved with good intentions. How about you? What did you learn?
I learned that I need to be myself, and be willing to compromise. I learned that no one is perfect, and that you don't know what you got till it is gone. I learned that take what you see, and don't try to make it into something that it isn't. Usually, when men say what they feel, or they do something, they mean it. Don't play games, say what you feel when you mean it. Realize that no one is perfect, and you have to realize and understand what you will and will not deal with. Give people a chance to grow, but realize the difference between that and abuse. To be young and in love...........
