Ok, you're shipwrecked on an island and bored as hell. If you could have 2 CD's, what would they be. Let's say we broke it down like this. You can choose two CD's from different genres, which two would you pick. Hard question huh?

P.S. If you ever get a chance to see Lalah Hathaway live, do it. I saw her perform at Yoshi's in Oakland this past weekend and she killed it. She has a beautiful voice.

I think I would take the album "Do you want more" by the Roots and "First born second" by Bilal. I think those would get me by. A little bit of everything piled up into two CD's.

The first CD Jay Z, either The Black Album or Reasonable Doubt. The second is harder but I'd have to go with a CD of Marvin Gaye's greatest hits.

Soul?est, I couldn't choose two...I'd just have to burn them myself.

I have totally forgot about Millie Jackson, I used to love her old stuff!
