When it comes to writer’s block, what method(s) do you use to cure what ills your flow?

So you've never felt a strong or slight urge to write, but couldn't?

Perhaps when you were a babe in poetry?

Sometimes a poem will be inside me, but for the life of me
    I can't flow it.

    I meant...

When you first started creating poetry... did it just come to you,
or is that something that developed?

I have never felt this writers block before but i have had resons to not flow even when i wanted too
    but that's a different story

if this would happen to me i would go into my own space relax and let it all come back
sometime it just one may need a little time away from it all to regain it's flow back

to be honest, Coco, i don't write every day. So i don't have classic cases of writer's block. I do have a poem, a really good poem, that i had written in 1 place. i've lost it, and i want to rewrite the concept into another poem... also i've had one line of a poem for the last 15 years.....

Hmmmm...well, I keep telling myself that I'm going to write something, even if it's just a few lines. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't. if it doesn't work right away, I just accept the fact that I just don't feel like writing, and that it won't last for always.
