    Welcome to the plastic revolution

where the nicki's get praised and the real women simply become fazed

out by the surgically enhanced robotic dolls

white women have been claiming for years that kylie's behind was all that

i guess they missed the history lesson on african behinds

Now every black woman that is less inclined

Feels the need to grow a new behind

Its a sad state of affairs

when body enhancement can be brought on layaway

    For the poorer folk

who'd rather spend there college savings on a portable table

as the lines begin to blur

do we really know or care what is real anymore

Katie price gets slated for her surgical reconstructions

Yet nicki gets nothing but love

I wonder does she know that most of the people who buy her music

are impressionable 12 year olds who can't beleive barbie came to life

and barbie shook there hand at a cd signing

its all so real its all so deciteful

the way in which we train our young girls to become women

as they watch mtv so they learn that drag make up is in fashion

and men only like women with fake ***** and breasts

and if they wear that short skirt with the push up bra to skool disco

they might just get to thrid base

    and become another teenage mum

oh the joy of being young

thank you to the plastic revolution

for informing our children on the price they must pay to be socially accepted as beautiful

    Poet PoetByNature,

I have an affinity for soapbox poetry when it is done well. And this piece was. It's real and it speaks truth. So to the subject speaking in this piece I say, "Preach on, my sistah! Preach on." (I imagine the subject to be female)
