    I am planning to purchase acai berry supplement for weight loss. Has anyone, tried this weight loss supplement? Any experience person please share here.

    According to Gary Null www.garynull.com acai is no hype, but to really lose weight, forget the supplement route and try to eat 70% raw food each day! Plenty of salads, fresh fruits and nuts, and dried fruits, and berry smoothies, cut out all dairy , red meat and wheat products, as much as possible, take a powerful multi vit from the health food store, and drink green tea like a couch potatoe drinks beer
