Blue skies with pinkish hues
as the perfectly orange tint
from the sun dawns
Peaceful harmarnies
from the vibrant melodies
of nubian animals in song

We were kings in that day

Sublime silence overtaken
by optimistic veiws of
daybreaking vebalized
Morning affection
the kisses and hugs meant
happy your here today and
I missed you last night

We were born in Majesty

Heads held high
we were our own masters
and peaceful days
were our slaves
Sun beaming, heat rising
as midday broke work
for the nourishment because
of the swealtering haze

We were Queens in that day

Violet shades of horizon
sprinkled with purple rays
as we have passed the days' tests
Cultural compliance
brings about collabrative celebration
as we are embraced by the sunset

We were born in majesty

African Adorned
crowns of jewels
thrones of gold
necklaces of ivory
strength of wisdom
profession of pride
practicioners of love
garrbed in glory

We were born in majesty

Kings and Queens
Strong, glorious, and free

We were born in majesty

Navy blue gives way
to midnight darkness
as the bright moon
shows dim light
Shattered shells of our former selves
they've taken our
royal highness and replaced
it with a daily fight

I dream of that day

When we return to our prominence
through a peaceful resolve
to stick together
Beautiful drums beating
for a new day of peace
where we reign forever
and ever

We were born in majesty

Kings, and Queens
strong, glorious, and free

We were born in majesty

So discover who you are
so we can
relearn, regain, and return
to our birthplace

MAJESTY
