Have you or anyone else have any thoughts as to the revelance of chanting...
I prefer K'naan's video overview of how Africans of the Motherland are redefining themselves...

Please just accept my addition to the mix...
Goddess True very powerful song! We can hear and feel allot of fire and "African Lion" energy in this song, the bass as well as the voices give out that energy. Awoo is a sound used to "push" a statement or thought making it manifest. It is literally the sound of energy spinning. So if you said awoo awoo awoo awoo the pattern creates a spinning momentum. Like Amon, or Amen- Awoo is used to make something manifest. Mothers also make the sound naturally when giving birth.
Love the Video Trutothecause.
I've always wondered why do you spell African as Afreekan?
THATS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!!!
Oh I see...It was just kinda off the topic.
