That’s what happened to a white man on a Metro train in Long Beach after he called a Black woman the N-word.

via ABC: An eyewitness, who asked not be identified, said the confrontation happened on the Metro Blue Line at about 7 p.m. on Monday.

the first time I watched this, I thought, "she has some serious anger issues." then I thought, "I hope she don't go to jail behind this." (that video could be enough evidence to put her in jail.)

I understand our sensitivities around the word but, given that too many of us use it toward each other, everyday, it's hard to justify putting someone in the hospital because of it. the court system allows enough force to subdue, or rebuff, an attacker. given that he never fought back, could you justify her continued stomping of him...especially if he ended up seriously injured?
