If I understand the question, people have been attempting to protect themselves, their children and their so-called culture from the white people who practice racism (white supremacy) for hundreds of years. If that is what you call "freedom", the act of beginning to "actively work to protect ourselves, our children, our culture" against the white people who practice racism (white supremacy)...people have been doing that for hundreds of years.

What is the result?

Non-white people are still subject to the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy).

What is the answer?

You gotta get rid of the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) and replace it with a better SYSTEM. You ain't gonna be able to protect yourself, your offspring (children) or your so-called culture as long as the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) exists. You can make the attempt to do so just as hundreds of thousands of people have done for hundreds of years. In the final analysis, the SYSTEM of racism (white supremacy) still exists. There is a lesson to be learned here.

Think of it this way, you were born into a race war. As you get older you are told stories about the people who came before you and even told stories about a time when this race war did not exist. A time when, presumably, the people who are waging this race war against you...people that call themselves white people...were almost unheard of on the world scene. A time when people who look like you had great monuments erected to their greatness. A time when people who look like you had great so-called philosophers and artists and mathematicians and architects and so on and so forth. And then along came some people who were almost unheard of and wiped them off the scene.

You look around you and these people who were almost unheard of back in what is refereed to as "ancient times" have descendents around you now that are running everything...they tell others who can have what weapons to defend themselves...they tell the world who can have food and who can't...they tell the world who's money is worth what and by doing so are telling the people what they are worth...in short these people who call themselves white are doing the same things their ancestors did and are doing it to the same people who THEY SAY are not white.

So you try to protect what you have right now? The so-called culture you have right now? Hell, they'll help you do that. They give you Black people to study come Black History Month. They'll help you protect that.

No! This is insanity! If you ever want anything of value for yourself or your offspring you gonna hafta end the race war altogether. Because the people who are waging this war against you ain't gonna stop doing what they are doing against you until you make them stop doing what they are doing against you. Protecting your so-called culture ain't gonna make them stop doing what they are doing against you. You gotta get rid of the race war altogether and replace it with a SYSTEM where it is guaranteed no person is mistreated and also guaranteed the person who needs help the most get the most help. The only time you will begin to have something of value is when you are in a SYSTEM of justice where it is guaranteed no person is mistreated and also guaranteed the person who needs help the most get the most help.

The race war has to stop or your descendents will be talking about the same thing you're talking about.

I overstand exactly what you are saying and it makes good and perfect sense to me. It also leaves me with thinking....

The "race war" has not stopped. I don't imagine it CAN OR WILL stop as long as there is a group who are continuing the attacks. When folks are playing "war games" there is no 'rhyme or reasoning' which can influence them to halt their actions. In the end it seems that to "stop the race war" one has to do away with those leading it.

So then it appears that in your initial response you were being facetious .
Or...simply pointing to a reality which suggest one can, on any given day, like today, begin to "stop the race war" and that stopping race war one is working to replace the SYSTEM with a SYSTEM of JUSTICE.:?: Is that what you are saying:?:
