painless motions of ya wordz
dis da whisper to be heard
situation stack free
open up trust in me
hold back is a real true smack
ya heart will continue to
raddle & crack
let it out sweet & firm
and dis pain will be no more u burn
it's ya emotional state of mind
holding back stop wasting tyme
shine like da Queen u r
let it out shout it far
open ya mental to release
as ya heart mend with da wind
free from under dis spell
i truely feel u so
but dis i must let u know
tell the truth from da start
let him know from da heart
don't hold it in it's like a sin
