a) A banking account belongs to the bank. You have privilege of use.
b) An account is at law a chose in action essentially giving the bank a right to sue you. (American Jurisprudence)
c) Always protect yourself from banks and banking institutions.
Take a gander at your account holder agreement for kicks one of these days. Ask the bank for it.
Bank runs are a real downer for a bank.
The system will always fight back, when it's really threatened. But the system cannot fight everyone and everything. There is a limit to how the system can fight back. With a little imagination people can bring the system to it's knees. The system needs people to buy it's goods and services.
If large numbers of people closed their bank accounts and put their money in credit unions or elsewhere, that will threaten the well-being of the banks, that is why the system lashed out. Similarly, if a million or so people boycotted certain luxury products or services that we can do without for a month or so, that will be a more powerful protest than marching in the streets.
With a creative strategy the majority can prevail over the minority.
I did not understand how and why the united federations would start to induce Marshall law. I totally underestimated the youth movement amongist the citizens they do not fear the government. How far will it go ensure they do.. time to move and let them fight it..
This would have further repercussions such as banks calling their loans for immediate payment.
Being most folks have not that kind of cash, the bank would foreclose on collateral.
This in turn would initiate other effects.
I do agree however, that we should redirect where our cash flows preferably with the cash flowing back to us or turning over multiple times before flowing out.
