If memory serves, Obama was in office for 8 years and never put any legislation forward to uplift OUR CONDITIONS.

Yet, he was constantly beat down by his own gubment. He had no power really. He was just a figurehead. And at present, remains a ex-figurehead.

Therefore, he has no right to browbeat black men.
