Can we discuss the
flavor of the day
over a few glasses
of Chardonnay
talking about what
you and I both know - -

I can tell you
many things ...
like there's more
good than bad
coming out of Spain ~

You can enlighten me
about Austria
and Italy...maybe some
background on Germany ~
...................where were we?

We envision
grapes at the
edge of the
Vosages Mountains
just outside of Switzerland
where true vintage is made~

Albarino - light bodied
Aligote' and
Amontillado -dry
can you distinguish the
difference?
just how well does
your nose know...

...tastes are determined
by location; and a
dim-lit cellar
creates the right
variation for
blends that get
better with age~

Where balance is the
primary goal and
Banyuls, Barbesco, and
Blanc de Blanc are made
whole

Try quality enhanced
Chianti, Cortese, or
a decantur of Dolcetto
it's most pleasant
when inhaling the
full bouquet

What's your preference~

full and rich Cherry,Red...for me
fairly sweet

tart and oaky
or is bitter-- better
don't forget the
aftertaste that's
considered buttery~

Frascatti, Gahinara -red;
Rainwater - medium or
a white Zinfadel instead

The list goes on an on...
sipping...we can talk "origination"
all day, every day
debating
the value
and character
of
fine wine...

you go gurl !
not everyone can hold this conversation
as my eyes listened in
waiting for madd dogg or boone's farm
or wild irish rose
to make their entrance

very nice
