Black Poetry : Versatile Ink

Guuuuuuurrrrrrrrl...

You just did the dayum thang here! I LOVE THIS! And my soul can relate to it's depth! All of it was kicking, but these verses I felt the most,
The many colors
of his ink
Quenched my thirst each time
I felt obliged to drink

His green grew wild
Sprouting ivy all over me
Making me fertile and open to new growth
not just decorative scenery

Awesome write!

Sister coco, how you humble me, thank you for your kind comments and for bringing this flow back to the archives so to speak poetess. :)
Some ink is meant to swim in, some... not. Now brother 1poet, here you are humbling me like sister coco.... Thank you so much. :)
Wow, Rashad your comments are oh so kind, and I appreciate them. Thanks a million.

His purple
ranged from violet to indigo
Soft and endearing, to fiery passion
Oh how the spill from his quill would flow
And with each and every brush stroke,
he painted me a rainbow

Watz, I just love these lines right here...
amazing that thing you do with wordz & your creative vision.

I love it, Sis.
