    SORRY CAN'T GIVE MEASUREMENTS... I JUST COOK...

    WHAT U NEED

    YELLOW ZUCCHINI
    GREEN ZUCCHINI
    ONION
    PEPPER
    FRESH GARLIC
    FRESH MOZZERELLA CHEESE (AGED CHEESE HARD TO DIGEST)
    OLIVE OIL
    WHEAT LASANGA NOODLES
    BABY SPINICH
    FRESH TOMATO
    UNSALTED BUTTER
    PEPPER.. PREFERABLY SOME U'VE GROUNDED URSELF...


    CUT UP ZUCCHINI PUT IT IN OVEN WITH SOME OLIVE OIL TO COOK IT

    BOIL NOODLES

    SHRED CHEESE

    CUT UP PEPPER AND ONION AND SAUTE ON STOVE WITH A LIL BUTTER (BUTTER IS BETTER THEN PROCESSED FAT FREE AS THEY HAVE TO DO MUCH PROCESSING TO CLAIM IT'S FAT FREE)

    CUT UP FRESH GARLIC

    ONCE PREP WORK IS DONE....

    LAYER

    NOODLE
    THEN ZUCCHINI
    THEN PEPPERS AND ONION
    PUT A LIL FRESH GARLIC AND SOME BUTTER IF U LIKE
    PUT SOME PEPPER TO SEASON
    PUT SOME CHEESE

    THEN START OVER

    ONCE YOU'VE MADE ABOUT THREE LAYERS...

    PUT LAST LAYER OF NOODLES

    BAKE AT ABOUT 300 FOR ABOUT 45 MIN... TO ALLOW GARLIC TO GIVE SOME TASTE TO IT...

    THEN ADD BABY SPINICH TO TOP AND CUT UP TOMATO TO TOP...

    BAKE FOR ABOUT 20 MORE MINUTES...

    U CAN ADD SPAGETTI SAUCE WITHIN EACH LAYER IF U LIKE... BUT THERE IS ALOT OF ACID AND TOO MUCH SAUCE CAN CAUSE INTEGESTION...

    DON'T OVERCOOK OR IT WILL BE DRY....

    I'M TRYIN TO COME UP WITH A HEALTHIER SAUCE TO ADD...

    I'VE JUST AQUIRED THE TASTE FOR WHEAT PASTA AS IT IS HARD TO CHANGE THE WAY U'VE BEEN PROGRAMMED TO EAT...

    BUT U GET USED TO IT....

    AND TRUST U FEEL SO MUCH HEALTHIER....
