Imprisoned within tha walls of my own Insanity
Held captive by my torchured Soul
Hand-cuffed and bound on the tracks of life
Frozen in place

LORD I JUST WANT TO BE SAFE--

FEAR instead of FAITH
Alive but yet dead inside
Looking for a place to hide

LORD I JUST NEED TO TAKE A RIDE--

With you
To clear my mind and just unwind
So on my knees I fall
I call out to you

LORD WHAT? WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE ME TO DO--

Contrite I sit in silence and weap
Overcome by my own self-pitty
I was unable to hear
Left alone and devoured by my tears
I look back at previous years
Most of which I debated

LORD I JUST WANT TO BE REINSTATED--

Emancipated given a second chance
So to you I dedicate this dance
So with every step I make
A shakel is broken,
And a burden is lifted
So with every tear there is one last fear
Because I can feel you near......
