    Hi NADIA, :)

This is a very profound piece. I sense your fear, anxiety and pain. I surround you with a HUGE HUG and say please find a way to escape!! Women have got to protect themselves from abuse. It is the only way to get from under.

I'll pray for you. Keep safe and hang on. One day you'll be free to
    be who you are.

This piece touched me deeply. I am here if you need an ear.

    Hello Nadia,

This piece is so emotionally provoking. Listen to your inner voice, it won't lead you astray. If I might suggest a book to encourage, enlighten and strengthen you. "One day I cried by Iyanla Vanzant". After reading this you will find how far you can go...when you begin to use the inner strength that you mention...it is not gone...only suppressed by fear and circumstances. But, it's still there and you know what you must do. Be encouraged!

    then...step into my embrace
    face to face
that i might hug...caress...hold you close
    ...feel your innermost drumbeat
    thunderously release its......

    step into my space
    and receive physical salvation
    from RIVER FLOW suffocation
    brought on by
    spousal power abuse
    refusing to acknowledge a truce
    to maintain peace

    step to me
and know my salvation is free
coz i enjoy doing unto those
who like to do unto others
    who can't help themselves

    feel my embrace.
