Black Poetry : Twisted Thanksgiving

Here's da notion
man made convotion
from da english potion
of destruction
as da giving was taken
nothing to thankz
when red blood runs
spilled ova da place
tears falls filled da land
eyez swell wasn't da plan
in tis place call a-meri-kan
da pilgram pride of feast
as they stole like da beast
twisted lies been unleashed
now we fizzo in da rizzo
of da dead
many cries asking why
forth thy forsaken thee
so before u feast
remember the tribe of free
Thanksgiving not about u or me
yet marked mentally

We Forget in out thanks
In our giving
We give our glory...but not our thanks
For who suffer for today's ignorance

All inside
never may wonder
instill our land
take it from up under
Under estimating
the power of the under deceased
we indulge in meat
A carnivorous ease
A mutation of Vitality
A disruption of vivacity
A celebration
Despite the desperation's attention
We carve birds and forbidden meats
as reverence of Black Hawk and Cherokee
Because they are there...
as the necessity of carnivorous ease

and it's what we do
well some......it's why our flag is RED...White and blue
Fifty stars for taking thats is why it is in blue
starz for a sky, each soul habitant of a Native

I just don't get the white????

So true and for the record the white stands for the ruler our white house
thanksgiving is not what we should be thanking but giving to the many
who still in poverty.....
