Black Poetry : Tracks Of My Tears

Greetings Gentlemen poets!

So’ja

You melt my poetic heart! You better watch it now,
Imma start thinking T. B again. On the serious tip…
its poets like yourself who inspire my word-flow
and I appreciate what you do.

J’hiah, How are you? I have missed you dropping by my expressions
expressing how they do you and I still appreciate it too!

Rich, Coming from the awesome person you are, I’m touched soul-deep!

Thanks, your presence is appreciated BIGTIME!:)

Hello Ladies!

Jus dat nice,
There’s always comfort in knowing someone can relate. Thank you.

I understand not wanting to be hurt again, makes ya want to run when the eyes of a man look at you with too much interest. Is love worth the possible pain when things go awry?

Watz, Sometimes your replies are soul-on-point that I find myself amazed.

Thank you both for the sistahly love!

Still…
somehow I manage
to cover the tracks of my tears
with imaginary happiness

Sister coco... girrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrl (lol)
So um your pieces are a part of my "waiting to exhale" joints (lol)
I turn on my donny hathaway read through a couple of your joints a few other poets here...
then I take a moment of reflection and heave a sigh of relief that poets such as yourself
can speak for a sister like me :read:
Is that not what poetry is after all
To say so much with so little in such a melodic way
bliss :read:
Love it :)
MUCH props my sister poetess :) :read: :)
