    Hi All,
    Some diet mistakes most of the people:
    Skipping breakfast,
    Didn't eat before exercise,

    Believing that You can eat whatever you want if you workout,
    Waiting too long after exercise to eat,

    Consuming too much or few calories for your activity,
    Replace meals with protein bars or replacement drinks,
    Eating too much protein and not enough carbs,
    Trust dietary supplements labels and claims,
    Not drinking enough amount of fluids.
