Black Leaders of today. Who are they, and are they doing enough to lead our People in the right direction! Which steps can we take to form our own leadership. I hope to receive Thread replies on this subject. I want to know how others feel about this issue. I will also have a Blogtalk program today centered around this topic. I welcome all to listen in on the discussion or call and join in. Peace and Black Unity!

It was my hope that the internet and Black discussion boards would ,
provide the venue to create quarams across the 50 states of leadership committees, each dealing with and specializing in one of the 5 major horrors in the Black community.

The so called Black leadership are not servants, they are lords to their pet projects and agendas

A true leader is a servant, serving the needs of the people and stratagizing step by step , actual methodologies to reach them.

I listened and in all due repect, it was interesting but the same outandish statemnts were heard as havebeen said fo the past 20 years.
Statements that don't help the grassroots, like we should all go back to Africa, or just join a organization is the answer, or I won't work with so and so because of their religious beliefs.

Now the focus should be on the benefit of the common good, at the expense of our personal prejudices.
