    I ain't slept all night.

    Laying up listening
    to myself talk about
    nothing to nobody
    cause I'm sitting
    with the silent
    four;
    the ceiling,
    the wall,
    the wall,
    the floor.
    Can't endure much
    more.
    I explore different
    conversation
    alternatives,
    but I still hear
    discussions between
    me and that cat who
    looks like me named
    myself.
    I can't blame myself
    for being tired of
    talking to me,
    so he moved on to
    holla at himself and he.
    it don't matter to me.
    I'm right back where I
    started.
    Relentless restlesness
    adds insult to my insomnia.
    Can't stop thinking about
    yesterday.
    The window displays a world
    not worth walking amongst
    and I haven't earned the
    right to...
    but I'd like to.
I want to be able to take my
    first steps again,
    and I will,
    when I remove my disguise.
    Here comes my first sunrise.

bravo!! this is not at all what i expected from the title...
but i sho am glad i ventured inside... cause i enjoyed the
read... thorough-ly. i loved the flow of the entire piece
& i could definite-ly relate to those all nighters where
the only conversation that can be found is your internal
dialogue & even that starts to get on your nerves!

before i get too long winded... i'll just say... thanks for
    sharing! :)

    alwayspeace.

many tyme we find self looking deep inside one self
only to deep and we see and hear words internally
speaking to self ....only to find some answers
but most the time not a word spoken
dis had a twist indeed and the nerves was shadow boxed
    nice flow and well scribe
