First off I'd like to say I like Bill Clinton

Today Bill Clinton comes to Harlem
    I beg your pardon
But jobs to find are going to be harder
Than OJ Simpson trying to be convicted by Chris Darden
    The streets make you hardened
And it's going to be impossible for alternate side of the street parking

I like Bill but he's not my savior
But you would think that by some of these people behavior
    Behold their new neighbor
But don't ask for no favors

The real estate tax is going up
And you thought that hood life was tough
You ain't seen nothing yet, cuz

Our minimum wage pay will push you further uptown
    To the Bronx
    Money makes a funny sound
When it hits 125th Street and there are no black people around

55 West 125th Street and Lenox Ave
    the ex- presidents' new pad
    you can laugh
but more people are going to be living out of a bag

you always know we had it hard
just wait, this is the changing of the guard
we will find out just how far

    we haven't come

55 West 125th Street and Lenox Avenue
two blocks from the St. Nicholas projects
    prosperity in this apartment complex
yea the right cut the nonsense

    they gonna knock that down

and all the hot shot and million dollar honchos
are gonna be living on a 127th Street and Fredrick Douglass Blvd
    in million dollar condos

    you wait and see
    and we're free
can we get some of that money

we've been waiting all this time
what makes you think it's going to happen now?

DSSNY - Reporting from Uptown Manhattan 125th Street
cause y'all know i'm from Brooklyn

    Peace

    all i'm saying is

don't do comestic changes all those basketball player and rappers

can pool together create a cache of money to help the inner city people

you know if people really wanted to, poverty could end tomorrow as well as world hunger all that money that nobody can take with them when they die, but 'till their dying breath they'll stop you from living ya know

you blacks making all that dough uplift us but that will never happen
cause there would be someone to assassinate
like they did Malcom and Martin

    Do you still think...

that times are that bad?... That someone would assassinate a black leader just because he is trying to build up his own community or race?

    No I'm not...

Please help me see this from your views...cause what I'm seeing is a small town or big predominantly black...growing together and helping each other rather than every man for himself. Why would someone else hate on things they already have....Unless they truly don't want to see us with nothing at all which i know is not the case because many of us have a lot its just a matter of us going to get it. I know the law is crooked I am one who truly dispises the government and refuse to work for them unless I have to. But by law i don't see where the wrong or the bad or the unsafeness in doing things like dhat could come. Besides...i don't think we could ever join together as unit and do something better in our own community...people are thinking too much of themselves...I've seen it too many time and I mean too many times... For every favor you get ****ed over three times...

    we won't

because you can't have hungry soldiers in a war
    capitalism makes you an individual

do you think anybody cares if you can't pay your light bill
must family or friends but the masses don't care because we trying to get ours.

capitalism makes you an individual so you think selfishly
get you tell. why you think we are where we are.

i'm look at all the money made during slavery and the masses still don't control anything

you think drugs will ever stop crossing the border not as long as money is being made and i mean BIG money

i mean don't have time to worry about nobody cause i'm struggling to pay my bills that's how the keep you in check but a balloon can't only hold but so much water

    feel me sha

before it's all over i gonna drop everything on you so you'll be handling your business down south

    as Da Lady Street So'ja

    we need you

    peace
    DSSNY

MONEY rules when you lack it you don't count
that why the lower tax bracket people need to come together and make the upper people listen
