First twist was a pall mall
it was the bacco call
then i went to salem
to see see see what
i could really be
when i met up with winston

American value was basic
like chesterfield all kool
so i went for my GPA in my capri
then cross da sand wit camel
to learn about kent and Doral
reaching Tareyton i had to fight then switch

Until i saw Benson & Hedges
on da winding roads of nowhere
trying to best buy me a way out
so we took sail into Newport formore's
and found monarch on a lucky strike
in marlboro country that was merit

I had the Tempo of Top choice so True
i felt like it was a triumph so viceroy offer me Virginia slim
how could i say no when i know she would
give it up on 20's only to kill me
on tobacco road.

Don't matter which way we go the big three gonna get us u see!

ooh wee, I feel ya. I stopped burning the ganja for minute, because THEY say they won't hire me like that. However I noticed that once the smoke cleared I found myself getting fat. So in spite of myself, over looking my health. I know it wasn't right, just had to curve that appetite. So here I sit on this lonely thread as the smoke surrounds me in my bed. Dang! Since I have no man, and no work out regimen plan, I open the window and turn on the fan. In hopes of someday being finally free, from this monkey, that has chosen to sit on me.

Bless! Great write, and you already know, a sistah is relating to ya!

:bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:

IF poetry is designed to tell a story
About one's Living Reality
With it's Natural born outcome
Is something to be avoided
exploited comes to mind
We the Big Three in ALL we
taught to See!

THEN this 'poem' Speaks volumes for ....
