With all do respect, I thought thats what I was doing by making it known 1st in Bro's chat because we have a mod and admin in there. . Can you please tell me what course of action I should have taken?
P.S. I have no problem bringing things to the carpet because thats who I am. Example: Last Thrusday's meeting.

Brother Nasheed ... no ... it is never best to catch a Moderator or Administrator in passing, in chat, in class, in PM, or even in random threads ... to present a complaint.
We need the Family to use the procedure we have in place ...
Someone Has Broke a Rule.
Using
this procedure gives you (or whichever Member needs it), the opportunity to post all of their evidence, supporting their concern / complaint, while simultaneously bringing it to the whole Family's attention, including the Moderating TEAM. It allows the Member being accused of violating, to know that they are being accused, so they can respond if they'd like.
Doing this puts everything on the table, skipping over the behind the scenes contentions, that only build as this process is forsaken.
Now, if you've used the process, received no satisfaction ... and still had to deal with the problem ... i'd say you were due some opportunity to extraordinary means, like leaving or something ... lol ... nawww ... i'm just kidding ...
... but for real though ...
I have great confidence in our process and it isn't really a complaint, until the process has been utilized. While i've not had the pleasure of being a part of Brother's Chat, i don't want you all to feel that you must use that time to solve management issues. We have a Management TEAM for that, and if you give us, the process, a chance ... you won't be disappointed.
In addition ... Moderators and Administrators have so much to do, and they have a process for doing most all of it. While it may not be the best process known to Man, it's ours, and along with it and all the rest they have to do ... it's not fair to catch them in passing, give them the lowdown on things, and expect them to solve it ... or remember it ... or pass on the information just as you gave it ... to put the whole thing in their lap, when you've not used the process we have in place for this.
No ... Moderators and Administrators are not required to respond to complaints in this manner, at least, not respond how you're obviously expecting.
So give us what we need, so we can do our job ... and we'll do the very best job we can for you, as we have all the years.
Last, but not least, it really is best to use the procedure in place, for anything short of that, usually ends in (greater) disruption ... and rather than getting banned because you've skipped the process, and are handling it on your own (making things worse), all caught up in mess ... making yourself look like, or be, a part of the problem ... let us take care of it, so you, we, the whole community can fare better.
If you have more questions, just ask.
Love You Brother Nasheed
