Black Spirituality Religion : To Those who Harp on the Relgions of Others, What is Your Sprituality to Share?

Nothing to do with so called "haters" and more to do with the op:

Perhaps the lack of response has to do with the tone and mood you have set. "to those who harp on religion" itself is negative. Perhaps people are tired of you constantly referring to others as "haters". You attempt to initiate debate then move quickly to debasement. So before you rant about others having nothing positive to share perhaps it has more to do with the negatity you project.

...In other words, don't invite folks to come to 'your' house to step in heaps of dogtihs as a means of recreation, then get upset when they track it all around the floors.

Exactly. One thing about me is that I love teaching basic math do I usually am thinking numbers. I typically read the index of each forum late night then early morning and look for then identify patterns. Living on the west coast the mood here is usually set by the time I have read and am ready to post.

I notice the same people who create these types of threads, who complain about haters, who bring their religion as a chip on their shoulder to every discussion do so to bait and mock others, then cry foul and accuse folks of being haters, cowards, homos, etc ignore them.

I notice how some people will post streams of videos to move threads from view then bump their own and their like minded even if they are not friends. And this pattern is consistent.

But every time I come on this here site I read someone bashing my Christian faith....And regardless of what these folks say, they can never in a million years get me to change my mind about the Lord in which I firmly believe in.
And that's cool. Believe you, me.

Speaking for myself, much of what is deemed "bashing", I find rather informative. Especially when folks get in the
the history of said faith, the etymology of certain words, etc and also the critical analysis (thinking) that it evokes.

You too!? I thought it was just me.

Granted, I've bumped a few post here and there, but uh, not so much that it kicks nearly all the threads off the front page.

Have you ever noticed at times the reaction of threads regarding afrika jumping up? I don't know about you but I suspect that it's a means of retaliation. Especially the ones about afrikans playing a role in chattel slavery. The only downer to that is that the more they are bumped, hardly if at all, any new information is brought to bare or even ones own perspective on that important aspect of our history.

Hmmm... Maybe one day someone will post on about how afrikan-"americans" had owned slaves as well. Not from a retaliatory/reactionary position, hopefully.
