    Source of Black Women's Strength...

We have love to share, children to raise, a home to build, lives to shape and opinions to share. We can't give up yet, we must keep going.

Some of us are tired, beat down, at our wits end, or just don't give a **** anymore. Even with those negative attitudes we know we can't give up. We're trying to find our purpose and contribute to the common cause.

We can't afford to give up, there's far too much to do, see and be!

We'll rest when we're in the ground.

    Beloved Ones:

The source in the Sinew in the root of my Strength is the Universal Cosmic Essence Energy of the Divine Reveler/Creator we call God, the Loving Cosmic Ancient Ancestors in my DNA, The Divine Spiritual Universal Laws, the Laws of Nature, the Sprit of Nature which also leads and guides us all.

Knowing and having the above in the marrow of my existence, Harmony, Balance, and Order path the way fro me to do All things that are possible, and Nothing Is Impossible. When the Divine is in our Veins, Harmony, Balance, and Order rules and reins. Phenomenal It Is, Phenomenal we can Be. Phenomenal gods and gods, Statues of Liberation for Afrikans/Afrika.

The source of my strength lies in Jesus Christ, His Father, God Almighty, my mother, and all my ancestors who came before me bricking and smoothing the paths I now trod.

In my opinion strong black woman are developed over time.

Not all professing to be strong black women actually are. We need these black woman to shine in the stars. A strong black women is not define by what she accomplished for herself. But the seeds she planted in somebody else.

This a poem I wanted to share. To inspire and encourage all strong black women that cry alone, that work deligently, that hold it down for our men, That struggle against the system with our kids, that are our loving neighbors, that show love even with a stranger,

To come out !! Produce more ** wink**

    disrespect, jealousy, gossip, hate
    and no self-pride
Why must it be this way
    such anger inside
Can't we all just be sistas
    with love in our eyes

I guess it's easier said than done
    How far have we come?
    Well judging by our attitudes
the answer is an obvious one

    Seek and ye shall find
the power of your own mind
Look within your heart and soul
    before trying to reach
    someone else's goals

    (calling out)
    STRONG BLACK WOMEN !!
    STRONG BLACK WOMEN !!
I hear you calling me back

    What's that you say?
    Self love you lack
    no confidence
    low self-esteem
    anger from the past
    fear
    trying to be superwoman
    needing approval from others
    lack of focus
    THERE'S MUCH MORE!!!!

    STRONG BLACK WOMEN
    STOP RIGHT THERE!!!!!!!

    Listen to yourselves
    such negativity in the air
    Let's grow
    let's move on
    let's rise above
return to the place we should be
the reason why we are here
    to love

Now close your eyes black women
    Breathe out anger
    frustration
    lack of love
    and all negativity
    Now breathe in
    and release

    (calling out)

The source of my strength... is selfishness.
The source of my strength... is the fact that I'm still here and not dead.

    Selfishness.
Means forget all others and do whatever I got to do for myself first and foremost. When you cain't count on nobody or ain't got nobody to count on, the only one you got left to count on is yourself - SO GET UP AND GET GOING REGARDLESS.

It means that no one will come before me - not 'god', nor my children. I don't believe in god so he or she will not come before me... unless they reside in me. And my children, although some of the most important beings in the my world.... will not come before me first - because before I can properly take care of them I have to attend to my needs first. If I am depressed, feeling dejected, and can't move or get ahead, then my children will suffer. So I must be the most that I can be FIRST, so that I can take care better care of myself and my kids. No one comes before Eye.

    Still here and not dead.
Sometimes, death looks attractive because life has been hard. But I do not wish nor invite death, so as long as I'm still here and able, I gotta get and keep moving and keep trying, even when I feel it's futile to do so. What will I do if I do nothing? If I don't try? Well nobody is gonna save me. Nobody is gonna give me anything. I'll be sitting in the street with nothing. So I have to keep moving, keep trying, keep going forward - and maybe.... just maybe... my efforts will pay off. And sometimes... to my surprise... they do.

These contributed to me being and becoming SELF CENTERED.... CENTERED IN SELF.

I am also self centered. I believe in me first, then everyone else.

I am adamant and unapologetic about protecting my spirit.

I believe in God, Divine Intelligence, The Most High. It gives me faith, purpose, and understanding.
