    late nights
    long talks
    holding hands
    long walks
    singing my soul
expressing my love everytime i'd write
    dedicated every inch of me
to you, your time, and your life
from the bed to the floor
    to the shower
    all day, all night
    every single hour
    teddy bears and candy
    jewelry and clothes
    you even sent me messages
    and wrote love notes

    I know I've moved forward
    and I finally stopped crying
But if I told u I dont look toward
to seeing you again, I'd be lying
Cuz when I'm sitting in my room
and the radio plays that song
And I flip thru the channels
and our favorite show is on
As the memories come to life
    that song continues to play
And I just sit back and tell myself...
****, I really miss those days

    Fight and make up
Never got big enough for you to leave
    At night I'd wake up
Roll over and watch you sleep
Run my finger over your lips
    gently give you a kiss
Lay my head on your chest
    Until the morning light hit
    My brownsuga mama
    tasted sweeter than candy
Never cursed me out or cause me drama
    Cuz u simply understand me

    I know I moved forward
    and I finally stopped trying
But if I told you I didnt look forward
to touching you, I'd be lying
Cuz when I'm walking pass that spot
    where our lips first met
And I'm flipping thru my photo album
I see the pic of you standing on the steps
As I stare at that picture
I can clearly hear you say
    "I missed you Keasha"
    **** I miss those days...

    Your fingertips
    Caressing my skin
    After a basketball game
Massage my back if I didn't win
    Rubbing my temples
    When my head was thumping
You could tell if I was lying
Or if I was hiding something
    If you wanted my attention
You'd kiss me on my spot
Knowing I'd give in to ur call
If I was busy, I would stop

    I know I moved forward
and the truth's no longer hiding
But if I told you I didnt look toward
cussing you out, I'd be lying
Cuz when I hear her name
and I think about it, I start stressing
And I wonder what you're doing
then I begin to answer my own question
As those memories hit my brain
I begin to remember why I went my way
I just sit back and think
**** what happened to those days...

Then I remember my 2 allies...

    time and change.
