I hate to be redundant, but can you please specifically clarify for me one more thing for me? Would this rule also apply for my music thread, "What Are You Listening To Today"? Should we be adding commentary to each song we post there?

The two issues should not be conflated with one another. You asking "what are you listening to" as it pertains to music is not a debate unless there is a debate about music. If I made a thread saying that Pink Floyd was the best rock band, and you only responded with links to other peoples opinions to speak for you, those are not your words. Do you see the difference in the two issues?
