After there's a big earthquake anywhere in the world, the media realizes its profitable to cover earthquakes. It's the same thing with hurricanes.

What's weird about the earth quakes or the weather?

Crap loads of earthquakes and storms happen every year.

As I stated: "... in strange places, with increased frequency, and/or with greater strength than usual." A few months ago I couldn't even leave my friends house to go home because tornadoes in and around the surrounding areas. I live in northern California! That never happens. People across the country have similar stories of weather that NEVER occurred before now occurring in their city or state. The Arizona dust storm is an example.

I think the bolded implies that dust storms never hit the Arizona (they have) and we never have bad tornado seasons (it may be decades ago but we have).

Weather is pretty complex and there are probably a lot of factors at work, including chance and climate change. I think this is a case of people not wanting a complex answer, even if a complex answer is the right one.

However, with the discover of Technical Memorandum 195, white folk from the conspiracy angle seemed to be up on this project. Notwithstanding its open to the public and considered unclassified, making it difficult to turn the project over on its face; nevertheless, this is not to say that HAARP is a play toy. But strangely, even the EU is now monitoring HAARP making this a strange and bizarre situation, which bares watching, closely, lol.

But moreover, lets not overlook the earth's phenomenon of weather patterns and disruptions existing long before HAARP was devised.

Naw, HAARP is not open to the public. It is unclassified, but still secret.

No, people shouldn't overlook that. I don't. The phenomenon that is occurring today is very much out of the ordinary; so much that people should be questioning it. HAARP, and other weather modification techniques, should be seen as possible causes of this.

Yeah, you're right, I should clarify that. "Weather," meaning weather phenomenon -- the strange places, with increased frequency, and/or with greater strength/intensity than usual -- not "weather" as in types of weather (dust storms, tornadoes, etc).
