thirty years

found that in rivers of tears
i'd wash unto the shore of so many years
wade in the shallowness ... persistent the intensity of my fears
echoing out...stretched for miles the pitch of my cries and still no one hears

thirty years

i searched among the depths of the ocean floor
explore that which i'd desire striving for more
seemingly never finding what is in store
with u by my side.... i assume i become a bore
could we become eye sight's sore
the infliction of pain, penetrates to the core
shattered, scattered along the rubbish hearts are tore

thiry years

precious are the pearls of the oysters
fulfilling is Gods love that saturates me to a morning dew's moister.... priceless are the collective moments of joy
that play on the grounds of my mind comforting are the memories of days that were sokind .... these i recall in my mind
i keep in search to find
a lasting love that will bind
i push play never to rewind

thirty years .... through it all or Father has been kind

with u by my side.... i assume i become a bore
could we become eye sight's sore
the infliction of pain, penetrates to the core
shattered, scattered along the rubbish hearts are tore
