GOODBYE!
A great feeling of loss, never to see again.
Often regrets of saying the word.
There's nothing good in goodbye.

Over rated, often said.
Damaged carried to next hello.
There's nothing good in goodbye.

You're left wondering why?
No one really can ever explain, yet
everyone experience it's pain and sorrow.
There's nothing good in goodbye.

A void, emptiness once it's spoken,
a feeling of blue, as hearts become broken.
A word that sound so definitely final.
When you think of all the good in hello.
There's nothing good in GOODBYE.

there's some good in all things
gotta find the good goodbye brings
pushing aside all the pain
seeing thru the tears our eyes rain
to the moments that were shared
when we had someone who cared
even though they are gone
there was a time we were one
in my mind they'll remain
helping my heart stand the pain
that goodbye often brings
