Peace, everyone. I just wanted to put forth some food for thought in regard to a holistic approach to astrology. One of the things I find myself continuously emphasizing when it comes to astrology is that the whole is always greater than the sum of its parts. When we look at astrological profiles of ourselves and others, everything must be considered: planetary/sign/house placements, aspects, midpoint pictures, the hemispheric emphasis of the chart, etc... Not to mention cultural and environmental influences. I think everyone lives their chart differently, even if they may have the same placements as others. There are also important cycles of growth, a.k.a. transits/progressions/solar arcs which are designed to assist us in our unfolding. So, what we must remember is: we're so much more than one thing and we're all made up of the same stuff, but to a greater or a lesser degree. All of those points are really cornerstones of my astrological philosophy. As I see it, our job in this lifetime is to take these parts and synthesize their energies. To integrate our sub personalities and give them all their just due by assigning them constructive roles within our psyche. Thank you for reading. It's sincerely appreciated.
