Inspired by Amun-Ra's "Bellagio Water Dancers"... and my own experience at that place of miracles...

    It was breathtaking...
as I'd hoped it would be
    for I live for moments
    when words just vanish
    and my breath...leaves me

    awesome...
    and even more than that
    because the language can't help
but fail... as limited as we humans
    and sadly, just as frail...

    and there I was
    standing at the edge of
    liquid bliss...the streams
    and spiraling fountains
    captured me in the mist

    the music...the mood...
transformed us all for a time
    hypnotizing us, making all
    the world sublime

    it was liquid poetry
    it was aqua artistry
    it was fluid imagery
    choreographed so beautifully

I was paralyzed by the peacefulness
    mesmerized by the calm
wishing I could bottle the moment
to use as a healing balm

Now THIS would make a heck of a shower. :) Thank you for taking me there Ms. A, as you always take us with you in to your poetry plays. Very nice piece.
