The Sandwich Ingredient You Need to Stop Using NOW

Trade in the extra fat and sugar for taste that's also good for your body.

One common food that I see a lot of is the use of mayonnaise on sandwiches. I often say that if you actually knew what was in mayonnaise, you probably wouldn't eat it. With egg yolks, sugar and salt topping the ingredient list for most popular mayonnaise varieties, it's clearly not a choice that will make you more healthy and beautiful.

I know a lot of black folk won't touch the stuff. lol I use it, but haven't been doing so much lately. I sort of replaced it with mustard. I never really "liked" mayo, but used it so my sandwich wouldn't be dry.

Well, I had to get rid of a big jar of Hellman's I just purchased on sale, smh, its the "real mayo" as advertised, lol.

Like you, I love mustard, so, my tuna fish will now be made with mustard. Gonna take some getting use to though :)

Yeah, that was majority of why I had mayo around; tuna fish. But there are other substitutes, so no worries. :D
