you seem to think that black people getting equal legal rights with whites came about from black people not going to church , but the reason why black people were able to make the civil rights movement effective is because of the church with helped to organize and mobolize black people in the movement.

Perhaps, but Muslims were also influential with Civil Rights, and they are not Christian. The religion doesn't matter as much as an individual's tenacity and spirit. Most Civil Rights groups came from a Christian background because our country is Christian. If our country was Buddhist, then perhaps Civil Rights leaders would've been Buddhist.

Muslims by and large really didnt try to to help race relations but rather taught that the best solution was seperation between black and white people.
If it werent for christianity white would still be able to legally keep us second class citizens because there wouldnt be any moral reason to respect our rights .
