For centuries humans have engaged in various religion ideologies, etc. Millions of human beings have died in the names of these various religions, etc. Just as much death and destruction has been because of religions and their ideology, etc. It could be stated that the Bible is filled with human tragedies and violence, etc. Humans were then, and still are, living in a world where "good" versus "evil" was a condition for spiritual existence, etc. Or as in real times, God versus Satan, etc. Be judged good and get to "Heaven", be judged bad, and get thrown into that pit of fire known as "Hell" Yet to tell the truth about all this back and forth regarding religion, etc. Who in your view, just happens to be winning the battle of and for the souls of human kind? Will it be "Yahweh" or "Satan?"

Lets say you are right with this analogy, now what? Why were humans so hell bent on destroying each other? Just as we are today, etc. Listen humankind has been in a self destruct mode since they human life first appeared on this planet. Just look around at this planet. We live in a world always prepared for war, etc. Btw, there is a lot of violence within the Bible, etc. While you are right, about the lust and greed that involves the quest for individual power, etc. Fear has always been humankinds greatest weakness, etc. Thanks for keeping such a open mind regarding such subject matter.

Those so-called religious wars are in fact political wars wearing religious garment so as to legitimatize the use of force (destruction) and justify the sacrifice of human life for the Greater (God) Good - Fear Greed and Covetousness
