    There is a system in America. This is sadly true Keita and I do understand where you are coming from. We will just have to wait and see the outcome of it all. What have get got to loose? Honestly.

    Anyways, thanks for voicing this.

    clinton, macain or obama will be the next president.

    Yeah Let us say

    Lets say the law of the streetr is you distance yourself from your benefator, when it gets hot,
    the way Obama did from the Syrian capitalist Rezco;
    who helped him finance ALL of his political campains.

    And when you say greedy and power hungry, do you mean cats like:

    Austun Goolsbee?

    David Cutler?

    Jeffrey Liebman?

    or ZBIGNIEW BRZEZINKI?
    {can you say that 5 times fast?}

    (all of whom:qqb010: are Barak's advisors!)

    if you feel there is no difference between an obama presidency and a mccain presidency, i would say that your judgement is too poor to be taken seriously.

    In all honesty I hope you are right

    but most folks know now a days that the president is a figure head and that there are many outside and inside forces that are runing the nation after 9/11, hey anyone in the military "has the liberty" to tell you that!
    Do the math,
    the present retard been in there for
    8 years, so who you think is Really runing the nation and calling the shots? :jawdrop:

    change is in the air....

    we can get so involved in pessimism and conspiracy theories that we become paralyzed and do not make a move when appropriate.

    i have never said that obama was a messiah to lead black people out of the wilderness. that is not going to happen.
    i have criticism of obama myself. that is not the point.

    all you need to do is decide if obama will be better than mccain or clinton. one of these people will be president. which one is best for black people?

    all obama needs to do is be better than mccain and clinton.

    I agree..although it's still interesting that Mr. Obama is getting what seemingly amounts to a 'free pass' by the media..same media controlled by the rulling families of the United States. The very people who would be threatened if Barack is as genunine as I and many think and could really bring about change. I don't pay too much attention to big media, but Obamania seems too easy now..maybe he'll face more of a resistance if he gets nominated.

    Mccain/Clinton vs Obama..that's easy

    As for Obama..I think many Blacks are still asking themselves what substantive change he is going to bring to Black America(of course he'll get the vote). I'd have to research more than I'd care to do to answer that question...but main point is there is nothing wrong with us being hopeful,yet skeptical at the same time because there is too much history to dismiss the original point of this thread.
