Praising The Lord
(from the quiet zone)

As I slip in to a slow mode
I come into the quiet flow

The peace I seek lies within
The hidden thoughts of my pen

I caress my pen
Like a lover
Bringing out the fire in me
Heating the passion of my sensuality
Intensify the peak of my sexuality

I embrace my pen
Like a friend
Whispering secrets
Laughing freely
Crying crazy
Wild and free
Throwing it into the wind
Flowing with my pen friend

My pen becomes a sword
Raging a inferno
Trying to keep a positive mind
Scribing the injustice
Of this trouble land
Feeling the affects
Roasting inside
Whaling away
No hold bars
Putting to canvas
Of our struggle
As the wheels turn
With A positive mind
My pen catch the vibes

My pen is now a child
As it sings a lullaby
Hugging the babies
Telling a tales
Creating laughter
Tickling the belly
Rainbow bright
Bringing force a bright light

The search for balance
Observation of life
The hope
The faith that is needed
Looking for more then a dream
You know what I mean?

To flow like a river
to face the storm
to welcome the sunrise
of dawn
to put to canvas
my thoughts within
to glow and flow
with
My Pen
Never looking for the end
but a start of a new
beginning
