The name JESUS is really the Greek form of the name "JOSHUA or JESUA", which is a contraction of "JOHOSHUA" meaning "Help of GOD. The name itself was coined during the time, when the Roman Empire had taken control of the so-called Israelites. The English translation of the name "JESUS", which came from Greek, finds it's origin during the time of "JESUS" , when the "SANHEDRIN", were losing their control over the so-called Israelites , because of the New Roman Empire's take over. In order to worship their god "ZEUS" , the Sanhedrin created a NEUTRAL DOCTRINE... They combined "JAH" of Israel and "ZEUS" of Rome to control the "REFORMED" Israelites. The name of their so-called savior had three forms: 1) " IE-SOUS, 2) "JESUS" and 3) "ZEUS". Because their "god" Caesar was a man who could die, they said their "god" of Israel was dead. .. Now... "JAH" and "ZEUS" (The gods of Israel and Rome)... At that point... The name became one and the same... If you say the two names together... You will hear how it is the name "JESUS" or "JAH=ZEUS... The name "Jesus" isn't the Greek form of anything. The name "Jesus" is the English form. It was not derived from the koine (common) Greek form (which is "Iesous"). It was derived from the Latin form "Iesus."

The English name "Jesus" did not come from Greek. It came from the Latin name "Iesus." Nor did it originate during the time of Jesus' earthly ministry. The letter "j" was not introduced until long after that time, so the name Jesus (which contains the hard "j" sound) could not have originated during the 1st century.

There is no evidence supporting the assertion that the names "Jah" and "Zeus" were merged in the first place. Secondly, appealing to phonetics (a similarity in sound) is not evidence of a connection either. Just because a portion of two terms sound similar does not mean that one derived from the other. The names "Jan" and "Dan" sound alike, but that doesn't mean that one derived from the other. Both names have separate etymologies. As do the names "Jesus" and "Zeus."

A rose by any other name would still be the "anointed" Christ, the Son of God. Jesus is actually a common name of that time. All the deliberation of the origin of the name Jesus means nothing at all and actually indicates a lack of knowledge and understanding. That was the name given the Savior by his stepfather Joseph.

He is the Only Begotten of the Father in the flesh. He is Jehovah, and was foreordained to his great calling in the Grand Councils before the world was. Being a direct Son of GOD, he is a God of power who laid down his life, as no man could take it. Therefore, he paid justice for our transgressions of broken laws (sins). Having paid we are redeemed IF we accept it. What? Do you think all existence and life is exclusive to the earth only? That there is no perfection, and power beyond our humanity, no origin for us other than earth? Does all that is rest in your back yard instead of greater places beyond and before earth?

In the 4th century, scribes who no longer knew or cared about the "Nazarene called Jesus today", expanded their translations into normal Greek, this then got translated into late Latin as you said "Iesu", and then into old English as "Jesus"... But... The "J" was still pronounced like the German sounding "J" i.e. it had a "Y" sound, as "J" still has in German today... In the Qur'an the word used for Jesus is "Isa" derives from the root word in Arabic; "Isuw" meaning savior or salvation... It was translated from the Greek, not Hebrew. The so-called Arab scholars made a terrible mistake when they took Jesus' original name... Yasuwa or Yashuw'a from the Greek language instead of directly from the Hebrew text...The same way they did with Messiah (Mashach) and Christ (Kristos) ... Again... The Sanhedrin created a neutral doctrine to control the REFORMED ISRAELITES... AND THEIR GOD WAS CALLED JAH-ZEUS (GODS OF ISRAELand ROME combined)... Also... the name or Title G.O.D is an abbreviation, deriving from GREEK Mythology, referring to PEOPLE of an advanced form of intellect... so in terms of no evidence to support my assertions...
