With so much talk about the present dire need of the Black Communties, could this be the change thats going to set it all in motion. Listen as this young Brother breakdown what is need most in our relationships and communties.

He is only one, but there are many.

And there more!

Could this be the new revolution for Black People?
Black people learning how to love themselves and one another again?

PurpleMoons,

Enjoyed the videos! However, the first one was little to vulgar. The next two were on time in message.

It is strange that you post this Love message. Currently, I am pushing the same Love message in SPEAKFREEDOMnet's thread! Perhaps this is the new revolution, it is long over due.

Haaaay Brother Clyde!

You're right about the first video so i replaced it with another. The way i see it, todays youth do talk this way. They relate to messages layed out more often in that manner. But being this is a family site, i've deleted the orignal post and replaced it with a different one. Hopefully the message will still capture our youths attention, and promote self-awareness.

Yes, this is the revolution that I want to see. Not people out on the street killing each other. Ain't nothing revolutionary about that. We got that now and if it was going to set us free we woulda been free. But a revolution of Black folk loving, nurturing and supporting each other is formidable, invincible. It's what the whole world needs because we set the pace for the world. We plant the seeds of everything that grows in this world.

My comments certainly didn't suggest a switch, it's just that his message could have been even more powerful without "those" words-:) It sort of contradicted his overall theme! Youth leadership is fine, adult guidance is needed.

Being the sweet person that you are, the switch is understandable! I agree with Sister river's comment, as well. The one thing missing within our so-call race or group is Love. Hopefully, we can continue to build the Love base here(Destee.com) and it catches on Fire!
