Negro leadership, has copied the phrases and sayings of Black leadership, and use them at their conveninece, while pursuing their pet agendas and glorifying their egos, at the expense of the suffering of the masses.
Their focus is on self and not the Black community

They have thier counterparts in the Grassroots community, who beleive the world revolve s around their hinder parts, with their perosnal ish , perosnal agenda, and personal desire for discord.

Willie Lynch has become their savior

as they seek everything they can to divide a race of people who will need unity more thenever this year to deal with the economic Katrina that all Black communities will be facing.

Religion day and night night and day seems to be their only focus,

without any focus whatsoever on the common good or the future prosperity of the Race.

Like Gil Noble used to say

    nuff said

A scientific approach has been used to keep focus
    off of anything unifying,

Some politicians and clergy, have caused divisiveness, in regard to their views , publicized views about support for AFRICOM, and the march towards Pax Americana in Asia and South America.

This create a dvide from a focus on assisting and helping the Motherland rather then abusing her, and a focus on Dr King's vision of peace,

    and an end to taking funds from schools and community devlopment and jobs, for wars of corporate gain;

Gil Noble's "Like it Is", has been replaced by "Here and Now" a moderate program of general interests, that in no way comes near to the diversity of content and conscious raising information, Like It Is presented,

And unfortunately ... i'm not really interested right now ... ... nooo ... i'm just kidding ... whatchoosay?!

Not to you dear heart you have tried for many years to promote unity here as seen in the archives going back to 2005, though there were some who desired to create divisions over complexion, religion, region or economic and political phiospohies.

Whether we desire to realize it or not, the Obama effect has really scared the hell out of white supremacy and regardless of his policies the focus from being placed on him and his power is also on us and the hidden potential for power we have as a people that we don't even realize.
And they are trying to squash the formation of that power by any means necessary

In recent months many of the modalities of expression in the media are full of conflicting and divergent messages to our youth and divisive concepts, to the masses, concepts that do not

    Encourage, Embrace, Teach and Build

As you sayof late but not early!

This reminds me of a brother I used to know on the job who used to make long speeches about how not to use the B word in reference to our women, and got a shock to see him on the cell phone calling his wife; B you supposed to do this and B you supposed to do that"

The ones who make the most complaints about using a word, 9 out of 10 are the biggest violators.

For instance if a member makes a thread about the word should not be used, simply take a look at how many times that member has used it on their own, in the archives, and for how many years!

It is easy on one hand to exhort us to observe the nguzo Saba but what on the other hand is this juxtaposition of negro leadership as opposed to black leadership?

Are you not yourself a negro?

You speak of the focus of others on self instead if on the community yet here you are talking to yourself rather than engaging in community building. If you are not actively working with others who work in their communities what then makes you any different from those you refer as negro?
